Waves are very useful as we can guide them to accomplish very specific outcomes. Structural packaging is all about impact resistance that works to ensure safe delivery of products that are greeted by happy customers.
Industry standard is to have natural strength from top to bottom or “axial” strength. Realistically, most of the impact happens from side to side or '“laterally” from forklifts, clamp trucks, and typical transport shipping. So, the biggest need for improvement is improved lateral structure.
Lateral wave energy passes through the structural packaging corner, compresses and expands, providing protection for the cargo and returns back through the wave corner.

We prioritize reducing SKU count by strategically positioning each component in the packaging system to protect in multiple ways and from multiple attacks. Structural Integrity is paramount to prevent product damage, and to that end our Systems Approach emphasizes awareness of how all parts interact to reinforce one another.
Our solutions are engineered using recycled and environmentally responsible inputs and are fully post-consumer recyclable.

Our customer was stuck with a problem for over 4 1/2 years, with no solution in sight. We lead with a discovery design meeting and brought the challenging scenario back to our team and began to brainstorm options. We started with experimenting, testing and failing quite quickly.
What followed was a shift to unconventional materials, generating new samples and testing the new prototypes. Preliminary tests showed tremendous success and we were able to implement the solution in four weeks from positive test results. This solution increased sales, efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost savings for our customer.
It was only two months from initial discovery design meeting to the final solution.
